Clear MADERA 630XS BORO Ash 2S

Kaya MADERA hookahs are water pipes with a modern material combination of stainless steel, borosilicate glass and solid wood. The main components of the MADERA smoke stem set, which come into contact with water or steam, are made of stainless INOX steel. The MADERA is supplied ready to smoke for one user, but can be converted for use by two persons in no time at all.

The wood panelling for the base and shaft is handmade by our employees in Germany.

Special features of the MADERA set

BASE - The base is made in the style of a closed chamber base, which means that it has a small internal volume. This design makes it easier to draw in fresh smoke or blow out stale or burnt tasting smoke after longer breaks. The base has two installed 18.8 hose connections. One connection is equipped with an 18.8 hose adapter ready for operation. The other one is closed with an 18.8 valve cover. In contrast to other INOX models this one can be easily removed and replaced by another 18.8 hose adapter to use the hookah with two persons.

HOOKAH STEM - At the top of the hookah stem is a recess with 18.8 mm standard ground joint. This is required for the use of glass molasses catchers. A matching 18.8 ground joint adapter with O-rings is included. The rings serve as a buffer zone and protect the sensitive glass inserts from possible heat damage.

DOWNTUBE - The downtube has a length of approximately 115 mm (with diffuser approx. 145 mm). It has an internal thread to connect to the base and an external thread for the installation of the hole diffuser included in the delivery. The diffuser has the function of distributing the smoke over a large area and at the same time reduces the noise level when smoking.

WOOD COATING - The stainless steel set is embedded in an artistic covering of solid ash wood. The cladding is of classic natural colour with a delicate grain and is varnished matt to preserve the natural colouring. The wood is processed by our employees on site. As wood is a natural product, each hookah has an individual, growth-related grain and is therefore unique.

THICK 630XS BOWL - The hookah bowl made of borosilicate glass is heavy and stable with at least 5 mm wall thickness. The stability is supported by the round, wide base with a diameter of approx. 200 mm. The stainless steel thread is already pre-glued.

ACCESSORIES - The delivery includes an easy to clean silicone hose, an aluminium mouthpiece and a Masta Terracotta tobacco bowl with matching rubber seal.
